Lunch: Three merry lads probably 13:00 plus or minus 15 mins.
Underfoot: rocks and tree root trip hazards. Walking poles may be useful. No stiles.
Forecast: probably dry but cool.
It does get a bit tricky approaching the stepping stones but there is the option of returning the same way back to the bridge to rejoin any who choose to continue as it’s basically a loop from near the Rivelin Dams CP.
Wyming Brook Drive is an easy ascent but there’s the option of going up Wyming Brook, shorter but trickier underfoot.
