This walk starts from the Peak Village Shopping Centre Car Park, Chatsworth Road, Rowsley. DE4 2JE.The car park is free!The walk is at a low level, on paths and across fields. Two short sections on a road. Many gates but no stiles. Some short inclines.The route takes us on a path from the shopping centre, to meet the Chatsworth Road which we cross to take paths and cross fields into Beeley village. We will cross back across the road to follow a path by the Derwent, crossing over a bridge to take the path round to Calton Lees. From Calton Lees we return to Rowsley village via the Derwent Valley Heritage Way.Lunch is booked at the Grouse and Claret, DE4 2EB.
