This is a common route into the Peak District from Sheffield.

Due to mains water replacement works the A625 between Calver and Froggatt will be closed 14 Nov 22 to 14 Feb 23.

The HGV diversion is via Owler Bar A621>A619>A623 and rejoin A625 at Calver. Walkers will have other options, depending on intended destination, including going via Grindleford or Froggatt but it’s better to avoid those routes (especially Froggatt).
