This week’s walk starts at the Teversal visitor centre. Carnarvon street Sutton in Ashfield NG17 3HJ at the usual time of 10am.

It’s a 4.5 mile walk. Relatively flat with only one stile which is on the longer walk. Mostly on trails apart from one section across a field.
It takes in the statue of the Miner commemorating the Nottinghamshire miners who worked in the area.
We all walk the first 2 miles together to the Miner.

The short walk then returns to the Teversal Visitor centre for coffee after about an hour.

Those on the longer walk continue on the Silverhill and Teversal trail for a further 2.5 miles until we return to the Visitor Centre.

We have booked a table at the Carnarvon pub Fackley Road Teversal NG17 3JA This is 5 minutes drive from the Teversal visitor centre.

The table is booked for 12:45pm
There’s no need to make a menu choice but an idea of numbers dining would be useful, by close of play Wednesday, as we have made a block booking for 12 people.
